We call our drivers Companion Drivers because they do so much more than just drive. Companion Drivers are companions first, drivers second. That means they are supporting riders from the moment they’re greeted at the door, providing assistance down the stairs, navigating the curb, stabilizing the wheelchair, and helping riders safely enter or exit a vehicle. Companion Drivers assist riders during every step of the journey and are trained to deliver what we call “Door-Through-Door” assistance.
